Joshua Gillis was born and raised in Wayne County, Michigan. Each of his poems have multiple anonymous and arbitrary contributors, both male and female, limited to one author per line. Each line was excised from separate and unaffiliated posts in the “Missed Connections” section of Craigslist, spanning numerous cities, internationally. His work has been published in The Mall Mag.
